Atlanta, Georgia Nearing completion, Five East developed by Pollack Partners offers 269 apartment homes and 255,356 heated square feet. Type of construction is three/four split, amenities, and pre-cast parking deck. Five East is in North Atlanta off of I-85 near Tucker.
880 Glenwood
Atlanta, Georgia Breaking ground on LEED® Silver certified, in-town apartment project of one, two, and three bedroom 325 total homes, 302,185 heated square feet. Developed by Capital 33, type 3 construction is, five-story, with amenities and eco-friendly live/work design.
New Project: Rockledge Leasing Center and Clubhouse
Atlanta, Georgia Cambridge Builders & Contractors is starting construction on a second project for Ceebraid-Signal Corporation, a nationally recognized real estate management and development firm. New construction has begun on a three-story, resort-style amenity center, totaling 17,787 heated square feet. Located on the Chattahoochee River at I-285 and Powers Ferry Road, the newly designed center will have high-end finishes throughout, a media area, Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the art fitness room. Cambridge is nearing completion on an extensive interior renovation of the clubhouse and leasing office for Glenlake Apartments in Sandy Springs another Ceebraid-Signal project.
