Michael Ruskin - President
Mr. Ruskin is the President and Manager of Cambridge Builders. Mr. Ruskin has been responsible for the construction and development of over 4,000 units in Georgia, Florida, Colorado and Arizona with his thirty plus years of construction experience following graduation from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Among his completed projects is Palencia Apartments, a 420-unit complex in Tampa, Florida, which was constructed in less than eleven months, at cost savings in excess of $1,000,000. Belemere Apartments, a 210-unit complex in Tampa, Florida, won the 1985 Aurora, the Southeast Builders Conference Grand Award for multifamily construction.

Harry Dodson - General Superintendent
Mr. Dodson has been in the construction industry for over forty years. Mr. Dodson has completed construction of over 14,000 multifamily apartments with some projects featuring over five hundred units. He has obtained a national reputation in the industry for completing projects on time, under budget, with a high degree of quality and professionalism.

Mr. Dodson's responsibilities have included all aspects of on-site construction management from layout to finish work and completion. He has worked with owners, lenders, and property management companies in the areas of estimating, purchasing, scheduling and project supervision.

Donnie Holland - Director of Construction - Tampa
Based out of Tampa, Donnie is responsible for all Florida projects for Cambridge Builders & Contractors. With a BS in building construction from the University of Florida along with several years of experience, Donnie has developed the leadership and management skills required for successful, high quality project delivery.

Donnie is experienced in all phases of construction from program development and conceptual estimating through the construction phase. With his design/pre-construction and construction experience in multifamily and commercial projects, Donnie provides a level of management, expertise and forethought to effectively ensure program and budget balance, design development, budget and cost control, cost savings opportunities, schedule management, and implementation of team cohesion, all of which are vital to successful project delivery.
